• perform denial-of-service attacks, interference, or network abuse;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data in breach of law, contract, or robots restrictions;
• spam, mass-message, or distribute deceptive or manipulative content;
• create or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• process personal data without a lawful basis or necessary permissions;
• misrepresent JoinRankPilot outputs as guaranteed facts or guaranteed rankings;
• resell, sublicense, mirror, copy, or exploit the service beyond permitted use;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law cannot exclude that right;
• use the service to build a directly competing product using unauthorised means.

3. SEO-specific restrictions

Because JoinRankPilot is an SEO SaaS platform, the following restrictions are especially important. You must not use JoinRankPilot to coordinate or automate:

• link spam or paid-link schemes that breach platform or search engine rules;
• doorway pages, cloaking, malware distribution, or deceptive redirects;
• content designed primarily for manipulation, fraud, or impersonation;
• large-scale abusive scraping or extraction from sites without permission;
• illegal monitoring, tracking, or analysis of targets without authority.

4. Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content and data submitted under your account.
• You must review AI outputs before publishing or acting on them.
• You must maintain appropriate rights, permissions, and legal bases for submitted data.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and prevent unauthorised access.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

We may monitor use of JoinRankPilot to protect the platform, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with law. Where reasonably necessary, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, remove content, or report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.
