Data Deletion Request
If you want JoinRankPilot to delete your account and personal data, you can request deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
What to include in your request
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- A clear statement that you want your JoinRankPilot account deleted
- Any details that help us identify your account safely and correctly
What happens after your request
Once we verify your request, we will begin the deletion process for your account and associated personal data, subject to any data we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or contractual compliance purposes.
Data we may retain
We may keep limited records where required by law or where we have a legitimate business need to do so, including billing records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, dispute records, or compliance-related records.
Subscription and billing
Requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel any active subscription billed through Stripe. You should first cancel your subscription through your billing settings or contact us for help before requesting deletion.
Response time
We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable time and in line with applicable UK data protection requirements.
