1. Contracting party

These Terms apply to your use of JoinRankPilot ("JoinRankPilot", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using JoinRankPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use JoinRankPilot on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations.

3. The service

JoinRankPilot provides AI-assisted SEO software features which may include website analysis, page evaluations, mission generation, SERP review, content planning, authority planning, recommendations, validations, and related reporting. Features may change over time.

JoinRankPilot is a decision-support tool. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, backlinks, conversions, or any specific business outcome. Search engines and third-party platforms are outside our control.

4. Beta, previews, and evolving features

Certain parts of JoinRankPilot may be labelled as beta, preview, early access, or similar. Those features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn without notice. We may apply usage caps, queue limits, or gated access during preview or beta periods.

5. Customer content and permissions

You retain rights in the content, URLs, keywords, briefs, prompts, and data you submit to JoinRankPilot ("Customer Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit, and use Customer Content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, support, and provide JoinRankPilot in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions required to submit Customer Content and that such use does not violate law, contract, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or confidentiality obligations.

6. Acceptable use

You must use JoinRankPilot lawfully and responsibly. You must not use JoinRankPilot to engage in spam, unlawful scraping, credential attacks, malware, phishing, deceptive practices, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or any black-hat or abusive SEO conduct. More detail appears in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. AI outputs and no professional advice

JoinRankPilot uses automated systems and AI-assisted workflows. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, assumptions, or recommendations that are incomplete or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before publishing or acting on them.

8. Billing and Stripe

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another payment provider we may designate. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges in accordance with the plan selected at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You are responsible for keeping billing details current. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension, downgrade, or cancellation of service.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual property

JoinRankPilot, including its software, branding, interface, design elements, documentation, and non-customer content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, we reserve all rights.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing failure, or material breach of these terms.

12. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoinRankPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties except where they cannot be lawfully excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for search engine, algorithm, or third-party platform changes outside our control.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are intended for a UK-facing SaaS service and will be interpreted in line with applicable UK law, subject to any non-excludable rights you may have under consumer law.
