Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when JoinRankPilot subscription fees may be refunded and how refund requests are handled.

1. General rule
Unless we state otherwise in writing, JoinRankPilot subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a full or partial refund for the current billing period.
2. Situations where we may consider a refund
- duplicate charges caused by a billing error;
- an accidental double payment for the same plan and billing period;
- a technical issue clearly caused by JoinRankPilot that prevented access for a material period;
- another circumstance where a refund is required by law.
Refund decisions are made case by case and may depend on account history, usage level, plan type, elapsed time since payment, and evidence of the issue.
3. Situations not normally eligible for a refund
- you changed your mind after the billing period started;
- you forgot to cancel before renewal;
- you did not use the service, or used it less than expected;
- search ranking or traffic results did not meet expectations;
- your account was suspended for breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
- you request a refund after substantial usage, exports, generation, or AI processing has already occurred.
4. Trials, previews, and promotional access
Free trials, preview credits, discounted beta access, and promotional plans may have separate terms disclosed at signup or checkout. Unless otherwise stated, conversion from a trial or promotion to a paid subscription follows the plan details shown at checkout.
5. How to request a refund
Send your request to[email protected]from the email associated with your account. Please include your full name, account email, payment date, last four digits of the payment method if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
We recommend making refund requests within 14 days of the disputed charge. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us first so we can review it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the associated account while the dispute is investigated.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
